With over 4 decades of practice in Montgomery County, February 12thmarked 40 years that Montgomery attorney, Randall Morgan, has been practicing law at Hill Hill Carter.
A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Randall has spent the last 40 years handling hundreds of cases in the defense of municipalities, corporations, individuals, and insurance companies. In addition to his many years servicing the legal needs of other clients, he previously served as City Attorney for Montgomery for more than three years.
Randall’s multi-faceted practice includes defending municipalities and public officials, many of which deal with Constitutional and civil rights issues. He also defends litigation claims involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, professional liability, and general employment claims. In addition to practicing in both State and Federal Courts, Mr. Morgan is certified as a mediator.
Randall has mentored numerous young lawyers over the years and now is enjoying practicing law alongside his older daughter who is now part of the HHC family.
