Paul A. Clark
Paul’s practice focuses on civil defense litigation in the practice areas of transportation, insurance, healthcare, and transactional law. He represents a variety of clients on both litigation and transactional issues, including banks, manufacturers, insurance companies, and municipal departments.
Paul received his juris doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 1999, and in 1994 he earned his Bachelor of Science in psychology and criminal justice from Faulkner University. Licensed in Alabama and Nebraska, Paul is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association, where he served as President in 2010. He currently resides in Rainbow City, Alabama, with his wife, Sarah, and three daughters.
