Jon brings extensive experience in litigation and transactional matters involving U.S. companies. He provides strategic legal counsel to corporate clients in Regulatory compliance, Construction Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Land & Facility Management, Business & Employment Law, Issues Assessment & Solution, Cross-functional Collaboration, Environmental Law and Key Relationship Development.
Before joining us, Jon earned his B.S. from Auburn University and his J.D. from Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
