Chase is a member of Hill Hill Carter’s litigation section, practicing state wide out of each of our three Alabama offices. Chase’s practice focuses on defending workers’ compensation claims and intentional torts arising out of workers’ compensation claims, including co-employee liability and retaliatory discharge claims. Chase also has experience defending personal injury claims resulting from highway and premises accidents. Chase represents insurance companies, Funds, self-insured entities, governmental entities, corporations, healthcare providers, and other businesses, both large and small, throughout the entire state of Alabama
A Montgomery, Alabama native, Chase obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law. While in law school, Chase was named to the Dean’s List all six semesters
