Brad handles a broad range of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on insurance defense and municipal law. Brad has successfully defended individuals, small businesses, corporations, and insurers in state and federal courts throughout Alabama in matters involving premises liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle, and civil rights.

Before joining Hill Hill Carter, Brad served as law director for the Town of Fremont, Indiana. While in law school, Brad was an editorial member of Law Review and studied comparative law at both the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, and the University of Barcelona in Spain. Brad was a member of the Graduate Faculty at the University of Toledo, where he taught civil liability for criminal justice majors. Brad resides in Montgomery with his wife, Sharon.
