Craig’s practice centers on defending commercial insureds in complex litigation, including commercial motor carrier/trucking litigation involving personal injury and property damage and defense of general contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, and suppliers in commercial and residential construction litigation. Craig has extensive experience defending premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases. He also defends dentists in professional liability matters and defends insurers in direct actions on UM/UIM claims.
Craig also defends a major auto manufacturer in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving alleged breach of warranty and alleged violations of the Alabama Lemon Law and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. He also handles business disputes, including those involving the drafting, enforcement or avoidance of non-competition and related employment agreements, as well as employment claims in both state and federal courts.
While in law school, Craig clerked for Judge William A. Shashy, as well as the City Attorney for the City of Montgomery.
