Yurie brings extensive experience in litigation and transactional matters involving U.S. and Korean companies. She provides strategic legal counsel to corporate clients in the automotive, construction, and logistics industries on a wide range of commercial transactions, construction contracts, and labor and employment issues. Yurie also represents clients in civil litigation and in proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies.
Before joining us, Yurie earned her J.D. from Emory School of Law, served as litigation counsel for one of the world’s largest electronics manufacturers, and was a founding member of DeWeese & Bae, LLC.
