Jesse K. Anderson recently obtained summary judgment in a Montgomery County Circuit Court case for the defendants wherein the plaintiff alleged she suffered an injury when she slipped and fell on water that leaked from a refrigerator. The plaintiff’s complaint contained claims for negligence, wantonness, premises liability, voluntary undertaking to repair, and negligent supervision in training.
