Mr. Hill joined the firm in March of 1975 and his practice in the area of commercial real estate began later that year when his senior partner and mentor, Ralph Franco, walked in his office and asked “Do you have a minute?”

Mr. Hill graduated in the top five percent of his class at the University of Alabama School of Law. He was named the Outstanding Editorial Board Member of the Alabama Law Review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif (a national scholastic honorary) and the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
