Hill Hill Carter Attorney Felicia A. Long recently obtained a summary judgment in an insurance coverage matter in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. The Court ruled that the claimant was not an insured under the terms of a commercial policy and therefore the insurer did not have duty to defend or indemnify the claimant in the underlying state court action.
