Licensed in Alabama and Mississippi, Mr. Seawell focuses his practice on civil defense litigation, primarily in insurance, transportation, and workers’ compensation defense. Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2015 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University in 2011. Daniel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Mobile County Bar Association, and the Baldwin County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in Mississippi, the Southern District of Mississippi, the Northern District of Mississippi, and the Southern District of Alabama.
Daniel resides in Mobile with his wife, Kayla, and his Springer Spaniel Finn.
