Mrs. Williams, a Montgomery native, is a graduate of Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida and Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. The bulk of Mrs. Williams’ practice is devoted to representing school boards and private employers across the state.

She primarily handles cases involving employee discipline and employment discrimination defense. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Bar Association and as Chairperson of the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Grievance Committee. She has also served as President of the Alabama Council of School Board Attorneys. She is currently General Counsel and Director of Legal Advocacy for the Alabama Association of School Boards.
