Hill Hill Carter is pleased to announce that Jesse K. Anderson and Brad A. Everhardt have been named shareholders of the Firm, effective January 1, 2017.
Jesse Anderson joined Hill Hill Carter in 2015. He received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama, as well as all Courts in the State of Alabama and Tennessee, including the Alabama Supreme Court and Tennessee Supreme Court. Jesse’s practice will continue to include a broad range of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on insurance defense.

Brad Everhardt joined Hill Hill Carter in 2015. Brad represents governmental entities and insurance companies in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on civil litigation as well as administrative law. As a shareholder, Brad will continue to concentrate his practice on insurance defense and municipal law matters. Prior to joining Hill, Hill, Carter, Brad was a partner at a firm based in Toledo, Ohio. He also formerly served as law director for the Town of Fremont, Indiana. Mr. Everhardt is licensed to practice in Alabama, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and ten federal courts.
