Attorney Daniel Seawell was able to successfully secure a dismissal for his deceased client/Defendant in a case with a unique set of facts in the Circuit Court of Baldwin County, Alabama. This case involved an automobile accident between Plaintiff and Defendant, which occurred in December 2020, in Baldwin County, Alabama.
